Step (2): After we recieve your on-line submission the TomatoFest of CNY Commitee will be intouch asking you to submit the following through U.S. Mail:

  • Application Fee
  • 3 recent photographs of proposed merchandise and booth
  • Certificate of Insurance naming TomatoFest as additional insured OR if you are 100% Craft or Farmer the attached Hold Harmless Agreement.
  • Photocopy of Cayuga County Health Department Permit if any is required
  • Photocopy of NYS Sales Tax Certificate or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (if Non-Profit)
