TomatoFest is back for its 27th year of great food, fresh local produce, terrific entertainment, activities for children of
all ages, creative crafts, and valuable information from not-for-profit organizations. Best of all, proceeds from TomatoFest
benefit local food pantries. A grand total of $13,000 was donated last year to area food pantries. With your support of
TomatoFest 2012, it may be possible to give even more this year.
To be a part of this fun-filled weekend, bring your friends and family to Emerson Park on Saturday, September 8th and
Sunday, September 9th, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For a carefree day, park at Auburn High School on Lake Avenue and ride
the free shuttle bus, courtesy of Centro, right to the main gate. Admission to TomatoFest will stay the same as last year:
$3 for adults and $1 for children. Children under 12 years of age are admitted free with the donation of a canned good.

Dear TomatoFest Sponsors, Volunteers and Attendees,
The Board of Directors of Tomatofest of Central New York would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to our sponsors, volunteers and to the general public.
Our efforts to raise money to help feed hungry families throughout Cayuga County would not be possible without your generous support! Thank you for
coming out and supporting Tomatofest year after year. Over the past twenty-five years we have been able to raise over $275,000.00 and well over
10,000 canned goods to local food pantries throughout Cayuga county.
The money raised at Tomatofest enables local food pantries to provide more than 10,000 meals to Cayuga County residents. Approximately
50% of those meals go toward feeding young families and youth. With high unemployment and tough economic times ahead, the requests to food pantries
continues to increase. All of the food pantries participate in the Central New York food bank whose purchasing power triples the value of every dollar!
We hope you will continue to contribute to Tomatofest either by sponsorship, by volunteering or by attending this worthy event on September 8 and 9. Your generous support is greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
Tomatofest of Central New York, Inc.
Board of Directors
